Where it all began…
Five years ago we walked into a supermarket with a random thought to make a new ‘sauce’.
A mix of ingredients came to mind as we wandered around choosing fresh fruits and vegetables.
Blending our selection together, guessing quantities, instantly our compote produced a fabulous flavour and texture, it is curious how this happened.
Curious? – Now the brand name, it is destined to delight many taste buds.
Curious sauce is suitable for vegans.

A lovely mild spicy sauce not too hot and a nice kick to it. Beautiful added to sandwiches, crackers and cheese and on your bacon, egg or sausage barms . You’ve created a lovely sauce there Sean.
Delicious sauce that will go with most savoury dishes. I had it with a rib eye steak and it has a sweet taste with a spicy kick. I will definitely be going back for seconds!
Love this sauce, goes with everything, only bought today and already used half the jar as both a dip and spread. Will definitely buy again as so many things I want to try it with. 5*
