Where it all began…
Five years ago we walked into a supermarket with a random thought to make a new ‘sauce’.
A mix of ingredients came to mind as we wandered around choosing fresh fruits and vegetables.

Blending our selection together, guessing quantities, instantly our compote produced a fabulous flavour and texture, it is curious how this happened.
